Talora Tech ("Talora Tech", "we", "us", or "our") is a software development partner. This policy covers the information we collect through this website (the "Site") and the tools it uses to handle enquiries - it doesn't cover data processed under a separate client agreement, which is governed by that agreement's own terms.

Information We Collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your message. If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand how visitors use the Site - see "Cookies and Tracking" below for details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, follow up about your project, and - if you schedule a call - to confirm and manage that appointment. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this Site and process enquiries:

• Formspree - processes and delivers the contact form submissions you send us. Formspree may store submitted data on its own servers; see Formspree's own privacy policy for details.
• Calendly - powers the "Book a call" scheduling widget. If you use it, the information you provide (name, email, and selected time) is handled directly by Calendly, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics (Firebase) - if you accept cookies, helps us understand Site traffic and which links or campaigns (including UTM-tagged links) bring visitors here. It's only loaded after you accept; see Google's privacy policy for details on how it handles data.

We don't share the information you submit with any other third party except as required to provide these services or as required by law.

Cookies and Tracking

We ask for your consent before using any analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand how visitors find and use the Site, including which pages are visited and which campaign or link (UTM parameters) brought you here - this doesn't identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this Site.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry and message data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete it once it's no longer needed for that purpose or for legal recordkeeping.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including relying on reputable third-party providers (Formspree, Calendly) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
